Do you want a whole new experience in terms of the laptop’s speed ?
Replacing the old fashion hard drive is the quickest and best possible way to make your laptop much faster. Windows will start faster, applications will open faster, computer will work smoother. Even the Internet will seem to be faster! It creates a much better experience of using the comuter. Work better, concentrate on productivity. The SSD drive is also more durable and resistant to shock, since it does not include moving parts.
When we replace the hard drive, we need to make sure that it can fit the 2.5inch SSD. Then, we replace the HDD with 240GB, 500GB, 1TB or 2TB SSD, up to your choice.
After that, we install the operating system, the latest supported by your laptop. Optionally we copy your personal files from the old hard drive. The drive must be in fully working shape, otherwise it will be considered as data recovery service under different terms and pricing scheme.
*Please note the warranty does not cover Windows or software installation, since the performance depends on how the user maintains the system, for example if you install software from unknown source, it may damage the system. Nevertheless, we are always here to help, if problems with the software occur soon after our service, we will fix it free of charge. You can contact us at any time for the advice.

Bring your faulty device to our store. Let’s confirm the repair time and start the job by creating the repair ticket.
Our technician will start with initial diagnostics and lets the job begin!
Your device will be tested after the repair. When you get it back, we ask you to inspect the quality of our work before you leave the store.

If you send it
Select the repair service from our website. You may choose to get it back fixed within 2 days.
1.Choose the repair service, click the “Place Order” button and select “Send By Post”.
2.Complete the checkout with your contact details, choose the speed of required repair service (turnaround time) and select the payment method. You may wish to pay after the repair but we won’t order replacement parts until we receive your device which may cause 2-3 days delays. If you require priority service please pay on the checkout or contact us first.
3.Wrap your device safely. We suggest to use the Royal Mail service for small devices like mobile phones (insured up to £500 and costs around £7.50). For laptops, tablets or drones, please use DHL, DPD or Parcel Force.

4.Once received, you will be contacted and the repair will begin shortly.

How do we return fixed devices ?
Shipping method will depend on the size of your device and the turnaround time that you will choose at the checkout.
Standard (mobile phones) – free delivery, return within 5 working days from the moment we receive your phone. Send with Royal Mail, Insured up to £500. Tracking number available.
Tablets and Laptops Standard – 2-3 working days, costs £19 for tablets and £29 for laptops.
Express Priority – Return for the next day from the moment we received and fix your phone. Sometimes we may need an extra day. Insured up to £500. Costs £19 for phones, £29 for tablets and laptops. If you select pay after repair, express service may not work.
Collection – collect the device in person after the repair.
Accepted payment methods
Debit or Credit Card, Apple / Android Pay, Paypal, bank transfers or cash. You may decide to pay after the repair when you send your device for repair via post (please note we will order replacement parts only after we receive your device which may cause 2-3 days delays).
Prepare Your Device Before You Post It
1.Although we leave your device’s internal storage untouched, it is always recommended to do the backup.
2.Include the password / PIN / pattern lock with your phone or remove it. You can also factory reset, create second user or guest account. We just need to test your device after repair.
3.Remove memory card and the SIM card from your phone but include the SIM card tray. For other devices, remember to remove the memory cards.
4.Don’t include accessories, send us just the device.
5.Make pictures of outside of your device for your reference (optional).
6.Pack your device with bubble wrap, put the order number on top of the parcel and your return address at the back.
