If you have a problem with broken charging port, your iPhone 12 Pro phone in not charging or the charging port charges only at certain angles when you move the cable, it is probably the charging port problem. This service includes parts and labour.

Before we proceed with replacing it, we will test it first to make sure that replacing the charging port will solve all related problems. All repairs we perform in our store.

How do we repair the charging port on your iPhone  ?

The front screen is the door to inside of your iPhone. We need to slightly heat it up on the special mat and remove the front screen. Then, we are only few screws away to get to the old charging port replaced. To guarantee your satisfaction, we repair your phone in our store, using our own professional equipment. The repair process is the same as Apple authorised repairers performs in their repair centres. Parts which we use are iPhone highest quality available on the market. Even the fitting adhesive is the simillar which they use when assembling their phones!

About the repair process.

In most cases the repair doesn’t take longer than 1 hour including testing your iPhone with the new charging port after repair. If you have sent it in for online repair, we will return your phone within few days or the next day if you have selected priority repair. Expect perfect results when you get your phone back !

Your iPhone will be carefully tested after repair. The test includes the charging port, front screen fitting but also we will confirm that it charges your phone and shows battery percentage going up. After you receive the phone back, we kindly ask you to test it again.

Does your iPhone  have additional damage that you don’t wish to fix ?

If your phone has broken screen glass, faulty battery or any other issues but you don’t want to fix it, please let us know ! Please mention in notes any issues you have with the phone. If we notice any damage that was not mentioned, we will need to contact you first to explain you this again and get your permission. This may cause some delays. Note, that those additional issues we may offer you to fix it at greatly reduced prices.

Regarding  waterproof mobile phones.

Please note although we use highest quality parts and bonding material, we don’t consider any mobile phone to be waterproof after the repair as this is a subject to manufacturer’s internal tests when they assemble devices in their factories. Although we hope that the repair should restore the waterproofness, we don’t guarantee and don’t take any responsibilities. Use the service only if you agree with this.

If you send it

Select the repair service from our website. You may choose to get it back fixed within 2 days.


1.Choose the repair service, click the “Place Order” button and select “Send By Post”.

2.Complete the checkout with your contact details, choose the speed of required repair service (turnaround time) and select the payment method. You may wish to pay after the repair but we won’t order replacement parts until we receive your device which may cause 2-3 days delays. If you require priority service please pay on the checkout or contact us first.

3.Wrap your device safely. We suggest to use the Royal Mail service for small devices like mobile phones (insured up to £500 and costs around £7.50). For laptops, tablets or drones, please use DHL, DPD or Parcel Force.

How do we return fixed devices ?

Shipping method will depend on the size of your device and the turnaround time that you will choose at the checkout.

Standard (mobile phones) – free delivery, return within 5 working days from the moment we receive your phone. Send with Royal Mail, Insured up to £500. Tracking number available.

Tablets and Laptops Standard – 2-3 working days, costs £19 for tablets and £29 for laptops.

Express Priority – Return for the next day from the moment we received and fix your phone. Sometimes we may need an extra day. Insured up to £500. Costs £19 for phones, £29 for tablets and laptops. If you select pay after repair, express service may not work.

Collection – collect the device in person after the repair.

Accepted payment methods

Debit or Credit Card, Apple / Android Pay, Paypal, bank transfers or cash. You may decide to pay after the repair when you send your device for repair via post (please note we will order replacement parts only after we receive your device which may cause 2-3 days delays).

Prepare Your Device Before You Post It

1.Although we leave your device’s internal storage untouched, it is always recommended to do the backup.

2.Include the password / PIN / pattern lock with your phone or remove it. You can also factory reset, create second user or guest account. We just need to test your device after repair.

3.Remove memory card and the SIM card from your phone but include the SIM card tray. For other devices, remember to remove the memory cards.

4.Don’t include accessories, send us just the device.

5.Make pictures of outside of your device for your reference (optional).

6.Pack your device with bubble wrap, put the order number on top of the parcel and your return address at the back.
